Can't win.

I figured that as a more alert employee I could get a pay raise and maybe even a promotion.
After reading this article - Coffee and naps: A good mix for an alert brain, I decided that I needed about 15 coffee/nap breaks per day to be at me best.
Most unfortunately, my boss read this article - Prepare to Be Shocked, and bought a cattle prod. Just to help me become a better employee, he says.
