If you look at the picture carefully, after a few seconds you see a boat in the background.

I didn't take the picture; it was a joke I found on Facebook. At first I thought it was something about ole Kim Kardashian and her enormous butt. I just got a kick out of the obliviously photo shopped dog looking at her as it drove by......
