You Think Hospital Cuisine Is Bad?

An elderly fellow, hospitalized for some while, was annoyed by his assigned nurse treating him like a child. In a very patronizing voice she'd ask how we are doing, if ready for a bath, ready to eat, etc. Totally tired of it, one morning he put his apple juice aside, out of sight. When came time to provide a urine sample he, instead, poured in the apple juice.

His nurse came in and looked at the urine bottle as she picked it up, "My, we look a little cloudy today, don't we?"

The fellow yanked the container from her hand and gulped the contents down, "We'll run it through again. Maybe it will filter better this time!"

As she stood in shock, he smiled.
