You can never underestimate the inventiveness of American farm boys:

At a high school in Oklahoma, a group of boy played a prank.

They let three goats loose inside the school. But before turning them loose,

they painted numbers on the sides of the goats: 1, 2 and 4.

School Administrators quickly caught the three goats, then spent most of the day looking for No. 3.

And you thought there was nothing to do in Oklahoma!

"Fun" is a word that is used quite differently today than when I was a little younger.

Back in '58 we moved near a commuter railroad station.

During the summer it would get a bit warm, so the commuters would usually leave their cars in the parking lot with the windows cranked down.

In '58 & '59 you only saw cars from the "big three" auto makers; Ford, GM, and Chrysler. Locking steering wheels weren't made then. At least not by the US makers.

Someone had the bright idea of finding two cars of the same make, model, and color (which was fairly common back then). We then put them into neutral, and swapped their positions. :D

Then we did it again with another pair of cars.

As far as I know, no one ever stole anything from the cars.

The parking lot had businesses on two sides, and apartments on the third side. You know people must have been watching, but no one ever called the police on us. :D

Hey! We started this post about three goats running around and the search for an invisible fourth -- now we're posting about cars?
Doesn't that just get your goat?

Great lawnmower, goats, altho annoying as heck. Best ones are the "fainting goats". They get too bad just startle them and they freeze up and fall over. MUCH improved!
