LOOK - Stupid Ignorant people need jobs too !!!!

So,,,,,, they go to work at the Government, rather state or Federal, that's where they hang out and draw their "Welfare", and get to dress up all Fancy and stuff, and assume Fancy titles, to make themselves appear NOT so Stupid & Ignorant to the rest of us Smart people !!! who don't work for the Government welfare system !!

I believe Dean and Goldie can explain it much better than I can tho !
