I live in South Carolina (moved here from Pennsylvania) and it like a whole new language :-/ :P

Paul sounds like your type of movie
a mentally-challenged hillbilly youth named Lonnie (implied as being an inbred albino in the novel, portrayed by Billy Redden in the film).
 ;D

I note the sad look on your face upon encountering an undecipherable language from "Down South"....
.....(The move...Pennsylvania to South Carolina)... :o...!!

...still....the good news!...nowhere near Alabama, Mississippi, and Takes-us yet?.... [smiley=thumbsup.gif]...!

....LOL.... ;D...!

Fixin': A topping or side dish, or getting ready to do something
Ya'll: A group of people
Cut it on/off: turn it on or off
Plug it up: Plug it in

Mutter: Mother
All tripin' now: Your guess is as good as mine :-/

The only reason I know the term 'skiffle' is because I was researching related sources of what we call folk music. So, tell us, does your chewing gum lose its flavo(u)r on the bedpost overnight?
