Well, having been pulled for speeding on the Autobahn, I can tell you otherwise. It is only certian parts of the Autobahn network that is limit free, And they are getting fewer. Fortunatley my local stretch is limit free 8-) 162 mph is my record..............Big smile, but it is not clever as legal as it is and I wont be doing it again, no not a brown trouser moment, just two children that I should have thought about before I did it.

Given the right conditions, it's cool to check your car out on those roads... I managed to push it to 115 mph ( 185 kmh) in my humble little Opel Astra... I had to stay in the second lane though, to let the BMW, Mercedes and Posrshes rip passed me... ;D
an autobahn is not needed to check your car out
102mph down the m5 between junctions 6 and the M42... and that was in my little suzuki alto... would of tried to go furhter but had to come of the motorway
