Its not they - its you. Your mind plays tricks on you. Its not really moving - to prove it, cover all but one of the circles. Its not moving, right? Now, uncover one next/below/above it. Its moving now, right? Nope. Because of the color combo, the pattern, and the circle, it appears to be moving, but its not. Ahh damnit, I have a headache again!
