I don't know if we have a word for slightly drunk - buzzed?

2. And, if you have time to write the fault on a napkin and attach to it to the yoke.........you have time to write it in the tech log....see point 1.

I always heard the terms "$hitfaced" or "Totally $hitfaced" from some of the drunks I saw staggering out of bars. Of course that was back in the 70's.  ::)
