New Outer Ring of Saturn..

A new outer ring of the planet Saturn has just been discovered.
Its size is so enormous that it cannot be seen.

A listener on BBC Radio 2 has suggested to his Bank Manager that the same thing should be possible in regard to his Overdrawn Current Account at the Bank... ::)... ;)... ;D...!

Wouldn't a ring that large be around Uranus?
