How to post something with pics???

Hi all.

My wife sent me a funny email forward involving an F-16 and a C-130 and there are a couple of pics and it gave me a chuckle and I would like to post it as is but duhhhhh, I don't quite know how.  Anyways, it's in my Outlook in-box, how do I get it on here???
