"A witness snapped photos of Ana Gloria Garcia Gutierrez, now 53, mounting a manatee on Sept. 30..."  :o

I feel so safe living here.

There are no unsolved murders, robberies, burglaries or other serious crimes so the state attorney has time to prosecute this.

As one who once had a close up encounter with a manatee, while boating in the Florida Keys long ago (it came up along side the boat, I could have reached out and touched it, but I did not), it's important to understand that this animal is a protected species and as such deserves every respect.
