Roast Pork Belly Slice, with Crackling, spiked with Cloves
Roast Potatoes.
Roast Onion.
Bramley Apple Sauce (with Sugar and Cloves).
Potatoes, boiled and mashed with butter and milk.
Assorted Vegetables.
My special Gravy.
...and a glass, (or two), of warm, Mulled Wine!
