Well, it's results day and it's the time of year where everyone finds out which university they're going to (if at all).

I managed to stay up until about 4am waiting to find out, then eventually fell asleep. I woke up to a lovely text from Coventry University asking if I would like to come and join them for the next 3 years to study Mechanical Engineering with them. Naturally I said yes! 


The bad news? Well firstly my college is closed for another hour so I can't get the grades, and I have run out of booze!

Thanks. I leave 5 weeks tomorrow, so it's a real rush to get everything sorted. But at least I know which halls I'm going to, and I'm just facebook stalking finding out who else is staying in the same flat as me.

Hopefully I'll be able to get a place with the University Air Squadron and start some adventures and flight training too. It's gonna be fun!
