I can't help wondering Ozzy, if this had happened in dear old Blighty (UK) Mr Williams would probably have been locked up and the key thrown away, the two thieves would no doubt be offered councilling for the terrible trauma they have suffered and probably given lots of compensation for their ordeal.
Sorry to be so cynical but I'm still smarting from the scraping of our only fixed wing Aircraft carrier. Rule Britania.
