They could just put up a weight thingie that ya try to lift prior to exposin' yourself to the jetblast.

Like:  "If you can lift your own weight on this machine then you (probably) can hang on to the fence during take-offs"

You could try those 'wall of death' things where the floor drops away and you're tied to a post, so you can't go backwards.
