Wednesday's Dins...

Savoury Mince!

Minced Beef fried in a small saucepan, and drained of excess fat.

Minced Beef.

Chopped Onions.
Crushed Garlic.
Chopped Chillies.
Chicken stock cube.
Veg Stock cube.
Water from the boiled vegetables...
Bisto gravy browning.
Cornflower for thickening.


Mashed potatoes with milk and butter.

Assorted vegetables:
Carrots.
Parsnip.
Cauliflower.
Broccoli.
Sliced Leek.
Sliced assorted Peppers.

All served on a hot plate and consumed with much love and affection!... ;D...!

......did I mention a nice glass of Napa Valley Vino...as well?... [smiley=beer.gif]...!

P.S...Some minced beef saved for tonight's "Spaghetti Bolognaise" Supper... :)...!
