It isn't often you hear me speak well of any Hungarian government institution, after 9 years there I'd learned a frightening amount about corruption and waste! Today I've been forced to remove my hat to a particularly good idea dripping with sense and generosity!

No chance in Germany, I have a sneaking suspicion that all the old Deutche Marks are stashed away somewhere safe just in case ;D

Wasn't common sense banned by the EU in 1993?

I think this might all be part of Hungary's rebellion against the IMF ;D ;D ;D
I think the plan is to make it appear that bankers are kindly and misunderstood soles. Then with all the other EU countries being so anti-banker in the current crisis they all move to Hungary and then the Hungarians have all the money!
Quite a cunning plan when you think about it 8-)
