I take it in the form that the property/business, upon which the sign is mounted, belongs to, and is owned by the family named "Waterstone"....

...therefore it is; Waterstone's...

I have two teenage sisters who text me everyday and I am convinced their phones lack any sort of punctuation buttons, and certainly no form of spell check.   ::)

I had a student once hand in some homework written in txt-spk (I believe that is the correct term?)
Needless to say he got no points for that piece and when he complained I did point out that the subject I was teaching was ENGLISH ::) ;D ;D ;D
