Posted: Sat Dec 17, 2011 8:26 pmWell, you know. The Mystery Ship is pretty much DOA. It was pretty nice while it lasted, but the project just kept getting bigger and bigger and got out of control. The pilot was the death knell. If someone wants to pick it up, they're welcome to try to figure my mess out.
Paul, I'll take those Bangers (correct?) if you don't mind. They look delicious.
LOTS of changes from what I see, but it still seems like the same old place.

They look to have done a fantastic job on the restoration, but that plane belongs in an American museum (preferably the Smithsonian), not in some collectors private hangar where it'll never be seen. As much as I would love to see her flying again, it's too valuable of a historic resource to risk crashing and being totaled.
