Such as pushing your mum around Whipsnade in her wheel chair with your daughter on her lap and a big rucksack full of food and drink on your back. Then do this for about ooh 6 hours without a break!
So I'm pushing upwards of 17 stone whilst wearing nearly 2 stone on my back.
Important discoveries, my back isn't as strong as once it was. My legs and shoulders are still mighty...

And all this exercise on just one cup of squash, a roll and a packet of crisps!
