Well Mini-Mod is no longer a Primary School student, come September she will be in Middle School! Heaven help me, I've already forked out a fortune on all the new uniform and PE kit.
However there was final assembly this morning and I went along and watched my daughter get a couple of awards and get on stage and talk to a room packed with all the other students and various family members of students (mostly mums).
I'm really proud of her and her progress in the last 2 years... and I'm really grateful she has her mother's brains ;D ;D ;D

That is wonderful news Mark... ;)

Gosh I didn't think she was that old, it seems like last week she was introduced to us here at Simviation.

My how time Flies... ;)

Whist we are having a proud parent moment, my oldest has just finished the second year and came home with his first school report (they only get a narrative in the first) A report card full of one's and two's  :) :)

I still remember my last day at primary school. I still remember my last day at secondary school. Due to the alcohol, I do not remember the end of college

Well pride in the pride is no bad thing, I've been along to the local supermarket to get her a special treat, the worlds biggest bag of Mint Aero Bubbles. She is only allowed these sort of things on special occassions. I think today qualifies ;D
Thanks for the kind words guys, I'm still full of that warm fuzzy glow... and I've not even eaten any porridge ;D

Congrats to Mini-Mod Mark. Just imagine all the future times she will make you proud. :)
...and, perhaps in the doing, even keep you humbled. ;)

Remember chaps if there is anything around here larger than my ego I want it caught and shot, immediately!
