Nice surprise

A mate is upgrading his sound system at home for his PC, he passed on his 6 month old Creative system to me. I've just had a Spit on full chat at 1/4 volume :o :o :o
Christmas just came early 8-)

Congrats Mark. :)

Like the Spit, there are certain aircraft, that really make a nice sound system worth having.

Being able to turn up the volume at will, without complaints from non-aircraft fans, is a bonus.  ;)

If God intended aircraft engines to have horizontally opposed engines, Pratt and Whitney would have made them that way.

The bass is enough to make a grown man cry. I'm just going to wire up a couple of BIG speakers as my primarys and keep the little ones for background.
Then it is playtime 8-) 8-) 8-)
But whilst sitting here cabling I'm listening to Mozart and loving it. How civilised can a day be?
Not only that but my favourite ex-student has just popped over for lunch as they've just moved (with his girlfriend) to England and he is an instructor pilot so I feel some flying coming on in the near future 8-)
