Criminals have rights, victims don't. My uncle/godfather is one of Britains most senior prison governors, I went to see his latest a few years ago! I wish I was living like that, cable TV, three squares a day, education facilities, pool tables, a gym that'd impress even the most dedicated exercise fanatic etc etc etc ::) They say crime doesn't pay.... yeah right
