Hi Everyone

Postby Shadowcaster » Thu Oct 28, 2010 10:40 am

Hi

Just saying hello to everyone, new to flight simulator (FSX) but been interested in Avaition since I was a lad. Hope you don't mine if I ask the odd question or two, I've downloaded a few aircraft from this site and have to say they are very impressive. Favourites so far is the vintage section.

Cheers
Rich

Hi Rich,

welcome to Simviation.com and the most friendly forums on the internet. I hope you enjoy your stay here. Now stay right here, a moderator will come by soon to take your measurements. We don't want your straight-jacket to be too tight...

Carlo :D (only joking. No straight-jackets here. Now cattleprods and boiling marmalade, that's another story...)

Hi Rich, welcome to the V. Straight jackets to the right, large bottles of fermented vegetable products to the left.
Enjoy your stay ;)

Welcome Rich! Don't worry about all the weird conversation about marmalade and whatnot, it seems to have become a ritual around here to welcome newcomers with lots of our inside jokes. Stick around long enough and it will start to make sense. ;)

And, Steve!!! Punctuation, is overrate'd.!!111  :P

A new room? Better make sure it's properly padded this time. I still have bruises from the last one.

Carlo :D (I'm not crazy. I'm a helicopter...)

Hey hey!

There are no odd questions on this site, but a lot of odd answers, you may have noticed.

Ha ha. Hey, that's what keeps us going here.  It's a great site, can't live without it, and great guys here.  And serious answers if you need help.  Ask away.

Cheers and enjoy!

Hi Chaps

Thanks for the great welcome, I think I have come to the right place. Don't worry about the straight-jacket I keep one just in case, but we won't go into that right now.

Cheers

Rich
