'First Light' by Geoffrey Wellum documentary.

Forgive me if this is a repost.

But,

I'm sure many of us have read 'First Light' - well, the BBC have made a documentary about it, to be aired on BBC2 at 9pm on Tuesday 14th September.

Should be well worth a look.

Thanks TSC. I'll make sure to watch that. I'm actually re-reading First Light at the moment. Probably the best book on the subject I've ever read.

Geoffrey Wellum is one of the few BoB pilots still alive. I just hope this drama documentary does him justice.

We lost all TV transmission in our area at 7pm, still no signal. I've missed it! Gutted isn't the word :'( :'( :'(

I'm going to download it from iPlayer. Our aerial has been damaged hence no signal ::) Looks like it lost a fight with a demented condor or a low flying Cessna...
So no telly, which is actually rather nice :)
