I would like to know if there is an international tyre dealer site that ships to italy where I can buy cheap tyres for street motorbyke or retread tyres for off-road training.

I find it hard to believe that there is not one shop in Italy that sells cheap tyres. Italy is a motorcycle country (Ducati, Laverda, Moto Guzzi, Benelli, Aprilia) so there should be something to find.

Also consider what Fozzer said; fitting cheap tyres or used ones is not a very good idea.
