Hi Doug.
You probably won't read this until you connect that box in the new locale. But I wanted to wish you an easy move and tell you not to wait too long to get back online. I wish I was moving too, but out of the city (town?) and into the sticks. I am ready for some peace and quiet, which is non-existent around here. Keep us posted.

If God intended aircraft engines to have horizontally opposed engines, Pratt and Whitney would have made them that way.

Good evening all... :)

Back up and running and everything went like clock work.   ;)

Nothing got damaged, lost or broke.  Now the old girl and I have been bringing small loads in for some time and most of the closet clothes were already here and hung up.

We were all settled in by noon almost and there was a meet and greet with a nice lunch by the other folks.

This is an all adult building/condo and most folks are retired.
I think the other building is about the same.

We are still in the same geographic area with the same phone area code etc.  It was not quite the ninety minute drive I thought it would be, a little faster at the speed limit.

Folks here seem quite friendly and they all seem to put their pants on one leg at a time.   ;D

While we were sitting here alone having a wobbly pop at about 18:00hrs we both noticed the traffic noise and the aircraft/helicopters that fly over.  We are only about ten minutes from the airport and two main highways.

Well that is about all for now, we will do our first walk along the nature trail which I think they call the Heritage Trail which runs along the lake and bay tomorrow morning as many residents have several routes they said they would show us.

Hi Doug

Glad your move went well ........ I just have two questions .......

Where is your wife going to send you to stand in the corner when you are naughty? and what are you doing in an all adult condo? :D :D  :D ...... I can see lots of naughty corner in your future.

"eno" you evil little man you.... ;D just kidding... ;)

But you did have to bring that up didn't you?

Well these condos have underground parking and much like a stable each condo has two (2) per-condo semi enclosed designated parking areas which can be closed
