I don't understand. Extremely dumb pirates who didn't even have the black patch on the correct eye, attack a US navel vessel, that happens to be looking for extremely dumb pirates. It seems the fact that they didn't succeed, means they are not pirates, and since the navy destroyed the evidence, well what the hay, let them go free.

easy solution. Give them a rickety old boat as a replacement, take them to the middle of the atlantic and wish them a safe trip getting home.

Brilliant idea, drill two holes in the hull and as they are floating away throw them one cork!

They'd just have to process some of the oil and make themselves a plastic hull

Over here, in Hospital terms, a "Motion" is referred to as a piece of Crap passing from the lower Bowel into the surrounding atmosphere.
