I don't know whether to laugh or smack someone. Just found a job advert (I get emails daily from various agencies) advertising my job, only they're willing to pay my replacement 2-8,000 per annum more than they were paying me.
I'll be glad to see the back of the place.
I've already had a million and one people moaning about my going as I'm the only one with a clue about the systems ;D ;D ;D

[color=#000000]Know how you feel Mark. I left a place that hired two people to do the job(s) I had been doing. And they probably paid each of them more than what they paid me.

Looking back.. every company I walked away from, went tits up soon after. Either I am really important or really useless.. Well I don't know.  ;)

I say do both! ;D

Seriously though, take it as a compliment. It just means that they think it will be hard to find someone who can do the job as well as you do.
