Congratulations... [smiley=thumbsup.gif]....!

I'm impressed!

I love and enjoy my own Home Cooking day after day, seven days a week...

..but I must admit, I wouldn't like to have to do it to earn a living!... :-/...!

I think that would spoil the daily enjoyment for me... ;)...!

Paul.....Cook Extraordinaire!.... ;)....!

Yesterdays Salad for afternoon Tea

P.S. ...with Heinz Salad Cream!... ;)... ;D...!

Good job on the menu, sounds yum...  I especially like the use of the summer squash, we call it marrow over here and is a favourite of my granmother, who likes to boil it up to an almost paste consistancy (bleaghe).  Same with a lot of things if its cooked right its delicous.

I was a chef for many years, It can be very hard work, stresfull and the hours suck, all for very little pay unless you running the show.  But everything you`ve learnt and will learn as you go will stay with you for life,  also the chicks dig a man that can cook.  ;)
