Penny for your thoughts?

Postby Steve M » Thu Apr 08, 2010 3:26 pm

Since one single penny can't be spent anymore, what do you do with them? I save them, roll them, and return them to a bank. I also use them for a multitude of other things.
these people have a unique use for them.... entertainment..

It be would fun to hear what you do with them.

;D Excellent! I think there is a law about how much coins retailers have to accept. Not sure, but that salesman ate his own words!  :o

Our local taxidermist drills holes in them to use as washers on the crates he builds to ship stuffed fish in. The washer would cost $.10, but the penny costs a penny.

I rebuilt my Girls toyota engine 2 years ago and I lost the spacer for the alternater. I clamped pennys in the drillpress and made a spacer for 70 or so cents. Toyota price.. 12 dollars.   ;)

If God intended aircraft engines to have horizontally opposed engines, Pratt and Whitney would have made them that way.
