Thank you for understanding in this matter, but using your credit card online is YOUR responsibility! As for the $19.95 you paid for membership, and the other $19.95 for that site that is banned here (ya know that one??) We as your loyal bank cannot accept the responsibility for your transactions, neither can we tell you months later for what services it was, nor the details of the services.
