Okay ermm i have a question okay cause im new to this flight sim thing. My aircraft's engine are always started when i do free flight can u tell me how to change it so that when i start a free flight the engines will be off.

Shut everything down then save the flight.  You will notice a checkbox for make this default flight.  Presto.
