I went with the one that pisses me off the most.

The windows key  is useless in my dual monitor set up. If I need out of a program, I just click on the other screen.

When I go to hit the ALT key, sometimes I hit the windows key instead, and it takes me from where I wanted to be.

I don't use a task bar, I use Object Dock, so I always have a quick access to my start menu, and any other program I use frequently through that. Nice clean, shortcut & litter free desktop!

Pause for me...

I use every other key there...  :o

I find I use all of them ....

....apart from the strange key to the left of the "1" key with the three symbols on it.... ...!

(Some Folks incorrectly use it for an Apostrophe!)......!

There is a key on my keyboard called Pause/Break. Whatever I do or how many times I hit it, it refuses to Break.....

There is also a key called Sys Rq. No idea what it does....

So it's a kind of a Ctrl/Alt/Del thing.  I've never seen taht key...

SysRq.

Never, ever, have I used that function of that key. I've used print screen, but as far as I know the SysRq key is for debugging or whatever. I use most of the others.



Caps Lock - Some of the time. Remember kids, caps lock is cruise control for cool!
Tilde (~) - Sometimes, but not often.
Scroll Lock - Umm, probably not.
Pause - Probably not.
The Windows key - Some of the time
Insert - Can help out when writing essays. Can also be very annoying when writing essays.
^ - Used a lot when trying to do maths homework and getting help over MSN about it.
Tab - Good for essays.
/ - :\
F12 - Nope, not often.

At any rate, I tend to use the windows key whenever I am working on a project inside of FS, especially using AFCAD.  I slew to wherever I want my object or whatever, hit the windows key and go into AFCAD.  Makes switching in and out of FS much easier than any other way.

All my keys love me, and I love all of them!  If I made one feel less important to the others, it wouldn't grow up to reach it's full potential, now would it?

I vote insert. I've never used it before. I use the windows key a lot. The squiggle next to the 1 key is good for bringing up the ATC menu in FSX. Forward slash is good for typing addresses in the address bar, if I ever type the full address (Never). Never use pause. I use the others occassionally (except scroll lock and F12).

Ever accidentally bumped the windows key while playing a game, the computer switches to the desktop, and your game or flightsim crashes? Annoying as hell...

Never used it never will.  I use everything else all the time.
