ummmm, if they were law-abiding, THEY WOULDNT BE SELLING / DOING DRUGS, AND DRINKING UNDERAGE.... dumb@$$!!!


My personal opinion.... where in God's name are these kids parents, and why are they not being held accountable for their childrens actions??  If people know that the kids are underage, and are hanging out under a bridge in a bad part of town.... what the heck are their parents doing and why are these kids not being picked up by local law enforcement????

YES, they may have the right to congregate in a peaceful manner and hangout at a park or whatever, but shouldnt they also be at home being forced to read a book or something so that maybe they can make something more of themselves other than 'street rats' and drug dealers?????



THIS is just 1 of the reasons why this country of ours is going to Hades in a handbasket!!  The Youth of America is running rampant on the streets while that parents dont give a dern and they dont want their kids to grow up and be something better and get out of the bad neighborhood that they live in now.  

Just kids being kids.  This isn't the moral fabric of society tearing, as it's so often purported to be.
