Oil spill near home.

I live on Bribie Island which is just 20km from moreton island where the oil has hit.
Really sucks.
At least the government doesn't have to pay for the cleanup which is $100 000 a day.
[edit]Turns out that the oil will eventually reach the beaches which i live just 5 min walk from >:([/edit]
