Now this is COLD!.....

This is the year my grandmother was born and my grandfather was all of all of 4 years old.
Thank God we have Global warming and don't have to deal with that.
It just can't get warm fast enough... I hate the cold!

LOL and yet there is a massive cold snap hitting the north/east again. If reports are true then theres a good chance it may get cold enough again for niagara to freeze.

[color=#003300]For the most part, the previous generations of my family were different than yours; they decided to try out adulthood a while before marrying and having their own children: closer to or in their thirties (my dad's life was quite more than half over when I was born). Even my youngest grandmother was born before 1900 but I met one of my great-grandmothers when she was 95 (more than 90 years older than I was).My mom was born in 1934 and my dad was born in 1932. My mom got married when she was 15 to get away from under a very strict father. She had me a year later, so it wasn't a shotgun wedding....lmao.
Funny part is, I was picking on my grandmother about my mom getting married so young. She laughed and said, "I was 14" Got married in 1925." All of their children grew up during the depression and WWII. They were all self reliant and tough!
