Not a lobster expert. Are older lobsters better taste wise?
Obviously bigger, and thus more meat, but what about age?

Posted: Wed Jan 14, 2009 2:30 amNot bearly speaking...Very good point, even some types of fish are better when they are just pan sized. Salmon is a good example, if they are going upstream to spawn they are getting too mature.Are older lobsters better taste wise?
