will ban public annoyance. I think some may consider the ban a public annoyance.

That has to be one of the most obsurd things i've heard in a while. I would think this violates the First Amendment

I'd be near surprised if someone doesn't use that as a counter-suit.

If I had to ban annoyances, I wouldn't have a clientele left.

I got pulled over cause I had a crack in my windsheild ( windscreen for all you british out there ) so I asked the officer, What's next, stopping me walking down the street cause I got a crack in my Ares! (that's ass for all you US folks )
