This is ridiculous, and here is the best part:
Amy says she was down in the dumps for a while - but now has a new man in her life, who she met while playing the internet fantasy role-playing game World Of Warcraft.

Some people don't like who they are in real life, so they live their lives around their computer personality.  Its just a matter of time before psychology starts studying this and labels it.

Quote "Brandon Crisp, 15, was found dead last week in a wooded area east of Barrie. He went missing Thanksgiving Day following an argument with his parents over his Xbox gaming habits.

Crisp's disappearance prompted an outpouring of support from across Canada and hundreds of volunteers turned out to aid police in the search north of Toronto.

An autopsy concluded he died from injuries suffered after falling from a tree and foul play is not suspected." unquote

Google this for more detail, but this boy was so into warcraft that when his mom and dad took his xbox away he ran away from home and his funeral is tomorrow.
It's sad how some people get caught up.

Thinking about my post, what surprises me the most, is how surprised we all are by this story. We are entering a world in the last few years where a large portion of these people think that the world owes them a living and it is perfectly normal for bleed your heart out on some sad chat show with a few million viewers. It should really be of no surprise then that there are people who are and will be increasingly bringing reality and virtual reality
