Saw the Youtube Vid

Wanted to react but I remembered the Wikipedia Issue in which you asked us not to.

Do you have some sort of official statement which we can copy/paste as a comment?

Perhaps the above?

Wikipedia issue ? You'll have to remind me of that - (Wiki intitially had Simviation listed by them since almost their beginning) - a sideline ..

Simply to state the facts .... Any 'official statement to copy & paste' would be right up this guy's alley ...

At the end of the day these postings are quite harmless & amusing to anyone who knows this site  ....

Yes, it gives us Mods something to do besides sit in front of our big screen TV & drink beer down in the Administrator Forum. It gives us a chance to get up off our butts and see what is happening out here!  ;D

Seriously, the only "censorship" that he is speaking about is us running a clean site. This is a family forum and we try to maintain a helpful & friendly environment for all our users. He would still be logging in under his original IP & Username if all he did was converse normally instead of using vulgarity in every post.
Floating IP's, multiple user IDs, useless posts.... like pete said, very amusing.

Hilarious.

If only we all had so much free time to waste.

As an aside, I've sent the link to a friend at the BBC - with the spare cash from the Jonathan Ross/Russell Brand gaffe there may be some spare cash to recruit him for...

...Grumpy Old Men ;D ;D ;D

If only all of life was so trivial... ;)

Seems odd that in the youtube video, the poster refers to 'F' (Fozzer) as 'Fozzie' - & today we have a new member called 'Fozzie2'.

My word, I wrote "spare cash" twice in the same sentence. I do do some silly things sometimes. ;D

I bet there are a lot more sites and forums that have bigger problems than us to complain about.

This past weekend I lost track of time: the time clock and my computer set themselves back an hour (programmed for the old DST transfer schedules) and I got to work an hour late. The real tiff started when I was told I should have known "...it doesn't change until next weekend... THE WHOLE WORLD GOES BY IT!"
It didn't quite end with my retort that WE don't run the entire world or that clocks were turned back elsewhere last week. She's probably moved the marcation line to Greenwich, Connecticut, on her world globe.
We all have likes and dislikes. I like most fruits but am not so keen on those that walk and, particularly, talk; I am not going to hate you because you like or don't like either (but I may keep my distance if you are one of the latter). Although I've occasionally notified a Mod about a spam post, I've never requested anyone's censorship or banning -- even of those that were. Many have stated or shown things in these forums that I don't agree with and I've done the same. It may bother me that others don't like certain aspects of my nation -- but neither I nor any other of its citizens does, either. Neither do I like the policies of certain other nations  nor certain traditions amongst some -- that's why you may never find me on an all-fire trip to go there. As long as they're not physically crushing my toes or lopping off my neighbor's head, they can believe what they want. C'est la guerre de la vie.
Now I'll have to check what time it is according to Greenwich (Connecticut) Mean Time.
::)

It's not the same person as in the Youtube video. this is somebody different. We know who he is and, as Dave said, invite him to join in the discussion.

There's no such thing as bad publicity..  ;)
