I was watching a Mythbusters show on this and one of the Apollo missions left a reflector on the moon. In the show they aimed a powerful laser at it and the computer would detect any return from the reflector and they got some return from it.

Well I knew mythbusters was doing a episode on all the hoax and myths but I forgot about it. Its good to know every hoax was busted.

the mythbusters moon landing episode was really good i thought. they only aired about 25% of the tests because of the episode length. you can catch the rest online.
