That can be a problem -- six months of unwarranted payment defaults along with an interest rate hike charged upon their fraudulent charges (causing problems with other accounts). A sort through the six months worth of money orders to everyone and a $12 charge for each front/back copy of received money orders from the issuer. All applicable six months worth identified as sent to HSBC were cashed with their stamp as "Cannot be applied to account" -- why? No explanation... and why cash it rather than send it back if it couldn't be applied, extortionists?I'm with HSBC.
