Sir Clive Sinclair.

Dear Old Uncle Clive was always my Hero... :-*...

..after all, he invented my fabulous Sinclair ZX Spectrum 48K Computer..

But there are times when I despair that he may be losing his dear-old Marbles...

...yet again... :'(...!

The "Electric Flying Car" for every day transport to and from work... ::)....>>>

http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/technology/7481940.stm

He strayed off the beaten track with his C5 Electric Car for a while, (much to everyones amusement)... ;)...!

But who knows, his vision of Blade Runner transport may come to fruition...

...one day...in the Future... ::)...!

I just hope the circuit-breaker on my model doesn't trip out whilst in mid-flight... :o...!

Paul....Thank-you, Sir Clive. ZX82 Rules!... [smiley=thumbsup.gif]...!

Wow, that fold up bike he's posing with looks like a first class nut buster....lmao

Well, at least you'd lose them with style and a comedic flair.... ;D

...and now that's done, put his straight jacket on.

Flying cars my bottom. The skies are the preserve of professionals, or suitably (in most cases) sane and proplerly trained individuals.

My thoughts exactly. The poor deluded individual lost his marbles long ago.

When I seen this topic I thought you meant Dr. Clive Cussler, I thought he found another lost ship/sub or perhaps Sir Clive's marbles. ;D

http://www.numa.net/expeditions.html Impressive list of ships he's found, I look forward to diving some of them, theres a lot of wrecks in South Carolina. (probably came under attack by rednecks) :P

..Nope..

..sod-all to do with Underwater Exploration...

..trust me...;)...!

Sir Clive Sinclair is the venerable inventor of the Famous Sinclair Spectrum Computer (Timex in the U.S), in 1980, and without its invention we would all still be using simple pocket calculators and counting on our fingers ...(I never did have enough fingers to solve the equation), and going outside in the daylight, and talking to real people, using our legs, etc...etc....... :-[...!

Read the details here, and marvel at the ingenuity of the Man... :)...>>>>

Paul...a genuine "Speccy" Enthusiast!... :-*...!

No, although it is potentially confusing that both primarily work in the realms of fiction! ;D
