I've heard the "clamping patrol" is pretty ruthless over there, so I can't blame the man for being upset, but cutting his car in two is like curing a cold by shooting the patient.Simviation Forums

In this case the owner wasn't using the car (it had been registered as kept off the road (SORN), the car's value wasn't as high as the fee for taking the clamp of it either.
Good on him I say. ;D
