First time in ages I filed early... yesterday I went over to the post office just to look at the last-minute filers miserably waiting on line. Like I'm better than them or something.  :D

I filed months ago.  My federal refund, after subtracting the money I owed in state taxes and to pay HR Block, amounted to $1.  Just have to laugh about it I guess.  Two things you can't escape in life, taxes and death.  I'll take death.

Jeez...I filed clear back in late January online :P  Had the money in like 2 weeks :P May have paid in a little over 4 grand in taxes but only got like $350 back [smiley=door.gif]

Funny to watch all the people freaking out trying to file at the last moment...Only a few in this town have an excuse due to their accountant dieing a month ago ::)

I filed mine back in early February. It turns out that I made a mistake on that w-4 form that you have to fill out when you start a job and I was claiming 2 for some reason. So I would have owed around $20, but I'm a full-time student so I got all $300 of my federal taxes back. The w-4 has been corrected now and it should be much nicer next year. ;)

Hey I had to pay taxes! Er, well, yes I made some money with the investment that my parents, put money into, in my name. The ammount due: $15! What ever. ;D Plus I got a nice lesson on how to do taxes. Very useful, seeing that I'll be doing it for the rest of my life.  :o ::)

I went through a lot of stress to file for the First time.  Had to include my Gift Trust that I didn't owe anything on fortuneatly. Did it with Turbo Tax online, E-Filed, and got rejected.  Mom claimed me as a Dependant and my grandpa (who told me to file) neglected to tell me  ;D  Oh well, lost out on the $30 I had commin back plus I think I qualified for $300 from the stimulus package.  :P
