OK - I Need Some Help

Postby an-225 » Mon Feb 18, 2008 5:35 am

Any fellow scale modelers out there?

I am looking for, this time not in 1/144, but in either 1/72 or 1/48 A-10 Thunderbolt II. It must be in a European 1, "green scheme" with full colour shark mouth decals. I know of the Trumpeter 1/32, but that is my last resort, if I can even find one.

Help is GREATLY appreciated.

If it is only a scale problem, go for the others, but Trumpeter is most of the time first on my list. The quality and price of there stuff compared to Revell and Airfix, well I wonder how theses two manage to stay in business.

1. Captain, if the problem is not entered into the technical logbook.........then the aircraft does not have a problem.
2. And, if you have time to write the fault on a napkin and attach to it to the yoke.........you have time to write it in the tech log....see point 1.

Oh yeah, we get lots of Revell in Australia. Same with Italeri and Trumpeter too. In fact, 7/10 of the model kits currently in view ARE Revell..*cough*bias*cough*

Rarely see Revell and Italeri green offerings of the A-10 down here, might have to buy aftermarket decals.

Thanks for the help!  :)

Just paint it green and apply the supplied decals ;)

Oooh, that there is a beauty Souichiro. I don't think I have seen the Tamiya model in its vanilla (no aftermarket) state before.
