A Blade engine in that would be a terrifying power-to-weight ratio... but there'd be nowt else on the planet that could accelerate like it 8-)

..one of the delights of riding a Push-Bike, or a Motor-Bike, is freezing your Knackers off...

..trust me... ;)...!

Paul...do it most days... ;)...!

..a Push-Bike fitted with a Honda Fireblade engine means that it happens much faster...;)...!

Not to hi-jack the thread for a moment, but at only 1 mph/hp (170hp - 174 mph) I think I prefer my little cb650 with its measly 70hp and 125-130 mph.....much better than 1:1..... ;)

Back on topic now, ......if my legs would not have been all used up in my early days, I'd be still riding one of those, but all the years of bicycle camping and 100 mile days are long behind now..........  :-[   8-)

I remember, vividly, my dear old Dad buying me my first dropped-handlebar, push bike when I was 15...

I went for a 20 mile ride there, + 20 miles back again, and vowed I would NEVER, EVER, do it again!.....EVER!.... :'(...!

...got my first Motor Bike on my 16th. Birthday...(350cc Royal Enfield Bullet)... :)...!

...never looked back since... [smiley=2vrolijk_08.gif]...!

Paul...bloody push-bikes!...too much flippin' energy required!...Bah!... >:(...!

studded bike tires

yeah thought about those, but Denver is weird, cold one daythen 50 in a couple of days

definately worth it on a second bike

I also like riding in the cold, esp on fresh snow, it's really quite pleasant
