You first have to capture the screen there is a size limit, if you look up at them main menu you will notice the words Upload Images just click on this and follow the instructions there. 8-)

Normally you would copy the path from the Upload Images page after you've successfully uploaded an image. In this case copy the path from my previous reply & paste it into wherever you want it to appear. Then highlight it by running the mouse over it & click the Insert Images icon. It will now look something like this.

Note I put a space in the last bracket so you can see how it's done.

Next time you want to upload an image replace any spaces in the file name with dashes or underscores.
